The teachers care. They care about education, they make sure the kids get their work done, and they communicate with you.

– Bobby and Paula, Parents

I'm most proud of my grades. Since I've come here, I've been on the honor roll every single time.

– Christopher, Student

I love the fact that the teachers hold her accountable for her homework, for her tests, for the syllabus. Everything is in order.

– Jason, Parent

Fulfilling our mission is no easy task. It will require an extensive commitment of time, energy and financial resources.

– Andrew Boy

I have always expected Christopher to go far, but with the help of CCA, Christopher already has a plan. He has a plan and he’s in the 8th grade - and that’s amazing.

– Maria, Mother

CCA has made it possible for my son to get wonderful grades and scholarships to great high schools that I never in a million years thought I would be able to send him to.

– Maria, Parent

We’d like to thank them for the opportunity to let our son go to this school. I don’t know how they found me, but I’m glad they did.

– Bobby and Paula, Parents

This school system is challenging. It pushes the boundaries of creativity and learning.

– Jason, Parent

When I visit our students who are now in high school, they have that same passion for college, even after they have left CCA.

– Michelle Williams

The teachers do everything in their power to be responsible for the success of not only their students, but of the school, of the class, and of the grade.

– Jason, Parent

These teachers are so upbeat. They make you feel very very welcome.

– Bobby Cline and Paula Green

The administration supports the things that are important. They support the teachers, they are always focused on learning and getting kids as far as they can in 1 year, 2 years, 3 years.

– Kathryn Anstaett

It’s a great school to attend. It’s a great place to work too, because everyone here has a passion and dedication.

– Michelle Williams

For the staff, this is not just a job for them. They are really on a mission to change these childrens’ lives and impact the community.

Our Values

Our Values

Values & Expectations

All children can succeed.
All students are expected to achieve success in school.
All students will be prepared to achieve success in college.

College preparation is our central focus. Here, students develop the key characteristics that lead to success: basic foundations and skills, core content knowledge, critical-thinking ability, and personal integrity.

Core Value 1: Academic Excellence

Children often enter our schools testing two to three grade levels behind. Our task is to create an inspiring environment of expectation, support, and structure that allows students to build confidence, correct academic weaknesses, and quickly progress to full grade-level proficiency.

Core Value 2: Culture

Our highly disciplined school environment motivates students to learn, and frees teachers to teach. We nurture the qualities of discipline, respect, and hard work every minute of every day. Teachers are crystal clear that students should demonstrate values like respect, virtue and effort. The school culture makes it 'cool' to do well individually and to help each other.

Core Value 3: Commitment

No matter how a school may encourage and prepare students to achieve, their performance comes down to how they feel about their own success. Do they have the inner belief, confidence and commitment that makes it happen? It takes courage and perseverance. So to establish our students firmly on the long climb to college, we reward their commitment, enthusiasm, hard work, and achievement - and don't allow excuses. Each trimester, students visit top high schools and colleges to observe and experience - and come to know they belong there.

Core Value 4: Passion

Outstanding educators can boost a child's educational success in dramatic ways. Our students feel the dedication and passion for learning that their teachers display every day. It's contagious, spilling over in a sense of pride, so that teachers teach to the best of their abilities and students learn to the best of theirs. High expectations deliver great results.
